| 摘 要： | 文章结合工作实际,分析了政府采购体系下中文期刊采购出现的问题,提出运用采购管理来完善期刊的采购工作,创新性地提出制定中文期刊最低折扣率的计算方式及供应商供货评估标准,为高效开展中文期刊的采购工作提供指导。

| Abstract: | Combing the practice, the paper makes an analyses of the existing problems in the purchase Chinese periodicals under the government procurement system, and points out that strengthening the purchasing management can improve the procurement work. The author of this article initially puts forward the calculating methods of purchase prices and the standards of the assessment system for the suppliers. |
