| 摘 要： | 总结过去30年高校仪器设备共享工作取得的建设成果,分析现阶段高校大型科学仪器共享工作面临的一些实际困难,提出了当前条件下的共享策略。即;国家应通过增加经费投入、完善拨款机制来保障设备资源的共享运行和优化配置;地方政府应通过完善服务平台、搭建共享桥梁、激励供需双方来推进区域内的共享环境建设;高等学校需通过技术队伍培训、完善激励机制以强化校内共享基础条件建设。通过3方面共同作用,逐步完善机制,推进有效共享,提高资源效益。

| Abstract: | In the past 30 years,the construction result of sharing large-scale instruments and equipment has been made in colleges and universities.This paper analyzes the practical difficulties of sharing large-scale instruments and equipment and puts forward a shared strategy under the current conditions.The state should ensure equipment operation sharing and resource optimization by increasing funds and improving the mechanism of sharing funds.Local governments should promote the construction of shared environment ... |
