| 摘 要： | 记述了贵重仪器设备开放共享工作取得的成绩和存在问题,从加大日常宣传、调整测试费分配比例、激励与约束机制相结合、将贵重仪器设备管理员纳入设备管理员体系、扩大共享基金来源、建立贵重仪器设备开放共享管理平台等方面,提出了进一步改进贵重仪器设备开放共享工作的建议。
