教育现代化的主旋律──素质教育

摘    要:素质教育是现代教育改革与发展的共同趋势,既顺应了国际教育现代化的潮流,也成为了我国教育现代化的必然选择。素质教育充分体现了教育的科学化、民主化、个性化、全民化、终身化等教育现代化的鲜明特征,教育现代化就是以素质教育作为主旋律的教育发展的一个整体,是具有时空性和动态性的教育变革的工程。从教育思想、教育内容、课程体系、教学方法、教学评价、师资建设和教育环境等多方面进行整体改革,就能建立起教育现代化与实施素质教育相互联系的新机制。

Abstract:Quality education, which is the common trend of Modern educational reform and development, goes with the international current of education modernization and also becomes the inevitable selection of China. Quanity education fully embodies the distinctive characteristics: educating scientifically, democratically, individually, nationally, and educating for life. Education modernization is an entity whose melody is quality education. It is a project of educational reform, which is spatial-temporal and dynamic. Reform carried out wholly from the aspects of education thoughts, education content, curriculum programs, teaching methods, teaching evaluation, teacher training and education environment can bring on a new system in which education modernzation and quaity education practice are integrated.
