基于信息技术的企业组织变革研究

摘    要:文章首先阐明企业组织是一个由以战略为核心,以活动、结构、人员和文化为支撑而形成的动态平衡体。而组织变革实际是打破原有的平衡而达到另一种新的平衡的过程,在这两个平衡的转换之间,信息技术起到了强有力的推动作用。在分析了以往的组织变革模型的基本原理和不足后,文章提出了适合基于信息技术的企业组织变革模型,并分析了该模型的特点,最后较为详细地给出了基于此模型的企业组织变革实施方案。

Abstract:First,the article gives the composing model of enterprises' organization which is considered as an active balance with a core of strategy,supported by activity,structure,personnel and culture.The organizational innovation actually means a process that it breaks former balance to reach to another new one.During the transform of two balances,IT exerts powerful effects to promote it.After analyzing the basical principle and disadvantages of former models of organizational innovation,this article puts forward the model of enterprises' organizational innovation based on IT,and illustrates the characters of the model.At last,the article educes the executing plan of enterprises' organizational innovation based on IT in detail.
