| 摘 要： | 住房是夫妻共有财产中最为主要的部分，当婚姻关系解除，住房作为夫妻共同财产，必须要被分割，由于住房性质和结构的多样性，特别是承租公房的存在，因此住房的合理分割与解决成了财产分割的一大问题。
