| 摘 要： | 详细分析了田径运动竞赛的特征,认为田径运动竞赛具有竞争性、随机性、时空性和观赏性等基本特征。进一步分析认为,这些特征能够对竞赛起到指导作用,诸如提高运动训练的科学化水平;重视一般训练,突出专项训练;重视心理训练;指引规则演变等等。旨在为更好地指导田径训练和比赛提供参考。

| Abstract: | A detailed analysis of the characteristics of track and field shows the characteristics of competition:random,time and space,appreciation,which is of great significance for competition guidance such as improving training leve;emphasis on general training;highlighting the special training;emphasis on mental training;guide the evolution of the rules and so on.The characteristics can guide and provide the reference for the training. |
