| 摘 要： | 要实现高校图书馆对读者的和谐服务,加强馆员与读者自身的道德修养是必然的前提,因为加强个人修养可以完善自己的人格、增长自己的仁爱、养成自己的诚信、拓展自己的宽容。而健全的人格、质朴的仁爱、至真的诚信和理性的宽容正是实现和谐服务的关键。

| Abstract: | To realize the harmonious service of the university and college libraries,it is the precondition for the librarians and the readers to intensify the personal moral culture.Because intensify the personal moral culture can perfect the personality,increase the humanity,cultivate the empressement,develop the tolerance of oneself.However the right personality,the unpretending humanity,the truest empressement and the rational tolerance are the key to realize the harmonious service. |
