| 摘 要： | 本文分析了SA8000下的中国出口企业现状以及SA8000对相应企业的正负面影响，积极探讨了我国政府和企业在面对SA8000时应采取的对策。指出中国出口企业应把SA8000标准作为企业生产经营的战略选择，努力实现企业经济利益、员工利益和社会利益的多赢，从而保证企业的可持续发展。
