| 摘 要： | 台谏制度是中国古代的一项重要政治制度,早在上古传说时代就已经出现了它的萌芽,经过长期的发展,隋唐时期台谏制度已臻于成熟,而在随后的宋代,台谏制度迎来了自己的黄金岁月。在这一时期,由于士大夫阶层的崛起和政治生态平衡势态的形成,台谏制度获得了前所未有的运作空间,其对君权和官僚集团的监督和制约都有所加强,从而推动了宋代相对清明的政治局面的形成。其历史经验能够为我们完善当代中国的监察制度提供一些有益的启示。

| Abstract: | Official suggestion and supervision system is an important political system in Chinese history. In accordance with the record of ancient books, the system started in ancient time, and after a long time of development, it grew mature in Sui and Tang Dynasties. The following Song Dynasty witnessed its golden age. In that period, due to the up-growing of the scholar-bureaucrat and the formation of political balance, the official suggestion and supervision system developed in an unprecedented way, which strengthened the supervision and restriction on the regality and bureaucracy and promoted the development of incorruptible government of Song Dynasty. This historical practice can be served as an apocalypse in improving the current supervision system, |
