| 摘 要： | 充分认识人民教师在社会主义现代化建设中的重要作用,努力提高人民教师的政治地位和社会地位,大力培养一支又红又专的教师队伍,是邓小平人才思想的重要内容;要关心教师,尊重教师,为教师办实事;要加强思想政治教育,不断提高老师的政治素质;要加强业务培训,努力提高老师的专业水平;要加强教师作风建设,形成尊师重教的良好风气;要办好师范教育,为教师队伍提供高质量的师源。

| Abstract: | We should fully realize that teachers can exert their important function in socialist modernization and we should make great efforts to improve the political position and social status of them and train a teaching staff both socialist-minded and professionally qualified in a more cost-effective manner,which is referred by Deng Xiaoping;we should care about them,respect them and do something concrete for them;Strengthening ideological and political education,improving the teacher's political caliber constantly;we should strengthen the professional training,making great efforts to improve teachers' professional level;we should strengthen teachers' style construction and form a good atmosphere of respecting teachers and valuing education;we should manage the teachers' education well to provide a high-quality source of teaching staff. |
