美英两国大学与中小学合作模式比较研究

摘    要:教育理论与实践的二元对立是影响职前教师教育质量的重要原因之一。为了提高职前教师教育质量,推动教师的专业化发展,美英两国率先改革传统的教师教育,实行大学与中小学合作的教师培养模式,即美国的“专业发展学校”和英国的“伙伴学校”。本文在简要介绍这两种模式的基础上,分析比较了它们的共性和个性,以期为我国目前的教师发展学校建设提供借鉴。
