| Abstract: | ??The origin of the sytem of deposit copy and its development are reviewed and the controversies over the public lending right are discussed. The proper opinions on the system of deposit copy and the public lending right are stated from the viewpoint of law and socialogy. The problems relating to these two aspects are discussed according to the concrete conditons in China. |
