| 摘 要： | 本研究以开放教育专家John Daniel爵士、基更博士和穆尔教授的开放教育理论为指导，对平时作业组织实施、管理及质量控制的途径和方法进行了研究。研究认为，班主任管理工作到位，是做好平时作业组织实施、管理及质量控制的前提；多方位地为学员提供教学支持服务，是做好平时作业组织实施、管理及质量控制的关键：组织学习小组、互帮互学，是做好平时作业组织实施、管理及质量控制的一种有效的途径；把辅导教师的职责落到实处是做好平时作业组织实施、管理及质量控制的重要环节；对作业的一系列活动进行监控，是做好平时作业组织实施、管理及质量控制的必备条件。

| Abstract: | This paper makes a research on the approaches for the organization, management and quality control of regular assignments under the direction of Sir John Daniel, Dr. Keegan and Professor Moore's distance education theory. It holds that the efficient class management is the predetermination of this task, and therefore, multiassistance can be considered as its key point, group study and mutual learning is an effective method, accomplishment of the tutors' responsibility plays an essential part, and assignment control is an absolute necessity. |
