摘    要:绿色生产力作为一种提升生产力与环境绩效的策略,近年来已在业界与学界引起普遍关注。酒店业作为辐射面广、发展迅速的服务行业,其在为繁荣城乡市场、促进就业做出重要贡献的同时,也暴露出了大量的环境污染与破坏问题,因此酒店业实施绿色生产力就显得尤为重要。经由实际访谈六位业界人士及进行问卷调查,探讨酒店餐饮从业人员对实施绿色生产力的认知、态度及行为如何,并比较不同背景因素在各变项上的差异性,以期为酒店日后推行绿色生产力及进行员工培训提供参考。
