| 摘 要： | 金字塔型师资培养模式是高职院校双师型教师培养的一种探索,即将高职教师队伍分为塔尖、塔身、塔基三个部分,通过打造师资建设平台对不同类型教师进行针对性培养,健全保障机制,建设一条龙、不断线、分层次的人才培养体系,实现对高职院校师资的内部整合,提升高职教育质量。
