摘    要:行动研究是中职地理教师开展教学研究的主要形式,是中职地理教师专业化发展的有效途径。开展地理行动研究有助于提高地理教学效率和教学质量,有助于提高地理教师的教学与科研能力,促进教师专业化发展。开展地理行动研究的基本程序为:确定问题、制定计划、采取行动、实施观察、进行反思、表达交流。
