| 摘 要： | 中国共产党建党的历史就是同腐败行为进行不懈斗争的历史,检视建党九十年来反腐倡廉立法的历史,可以分出三个不同的阶段:反腐倡廉第一个30年,1921年7月至1949年10月;反腐倡廉第二个30年,1949年10月至1978年12月;反腐倡廉第三个30年,1978年12月至今。总结建党九十年反腐倡廉立法的经验是:反腐倡廉制度化;反腐倡廉立法化;反腐倡廉法律化。这三个方面不是并列的,而是一个过程,从制度化到立法化再到法律化这是一个不断发展和完善的过程。
