焊接技术与自动化专业诊改实践与成效

摘    要:焊接技术与自动化骨干专业以改进与诊断为契机,围绕创新发展行动计划国家骨干专业建设目标,从专业定位与人才培养、师资队伍建设、课程体系与课程改革、教材与教学资源建设、实践教学基地建设、技能大赛与创新创业、科研与社会服务、国际交流八个方面进行诊断与改进。结果表明,教师诊改意识增强,人才培养质量稳步提升,技术技能积累更加显著,社会服务成效斐然,“走出去”初见成效。

Abstract:Taking the diagnosis and improvement as an opportunity and construction of main specialty as a goal,the specialty of Welding Technology and Automation did the diagnosis and improvement from professional orientation and talent training,the construction of teaching staff,curriculum system and reform,the construction of teaching materials and resources,practical teaching base construction,skills competition and innovation and entrepreneurship,scientific research and social services and international communication.The results show that the diagnosis and improvement consciousness of teachers has been strengthened,the talent quality has been enhanced,the technologies and skills have been accumulated,the effect of social services has been improved and the international communication has achieved initial success.
