| 摘 要： | 文章以包头职业技术学院2016级乒乓球、羽毛球、网球(简称为“三小球”)选项课学生2017年和2018年的国家体质健康测试结果为依据,以学生在选项课前后身体素质状况的变化为研究对象,运用文献资料法、对比分析法、数理统计法等研究方法,对三小球选项课学生从选项课前后身体素质变化的角度进行对比分析。研究结果表明,三小球体育选项课对学生身体素质的影响都表现出速度素质与力量素质的提高以及耐力素质的下降;并且发现三小球选项课教学对于学生身体素质的影响并不能体现项目特点,体育教学部门与授课教师应注意合理安排授课计划,已达到全面提高学生身体素质效果。

| Abstract: | Based on the national physical health test results of Baotou Vocational&Technical College students who play table tennis,badminton and tennis(referred to as the“three small ball”)in 2017 and 2018,the paper makes a comparative analysis of the changes of physical fitness before and after the elective course with literature,comparative analysis,mathematical statistics and other research methods.The results show that the influence of three ball sports improves the students’speed and the strength,but reduces the endurance quality.It is found that the influence of three ball sports elective course on students'physical quality can not reflect the characteristics of the project,and the sports teaching department and teachers should pay attention to reasonable arrangement of teaching plan,so as to achieve the comprehensive improvement of students'physical quality. |
