| 摘 要： | 高职教育“2 1”培养模式中的“1”应是1年的就业实习。文章对“1”的功能、作用、任务及组织实施、考核等问题进行了探讨,并提出要发挥学校的主导作用,将就业实习与学生的就业工作结合起来,同步推进。
