| Abstract: | Today,people pay much attention to the group of number one scholars in CEE. Who are the result of present educational evaluation and selecting pattern.The reasons that why we focus much on number one scholars in CEE are as follous:the underdevelopment of China's modernization,the influence of traditional culture, the psychological need of pursuing stability,the impetus of training them,the propauanda of mass media and businessmen,the comeptition for them among universities.The discassion of the issue can help us understand it profoundly and treat it mor rationally. |
