| 摘 要： | 目前独立学院在学风建设上存在诸多问题，为了加强学风建设，独立学院应在课程安排、教师素质、学校的软件建设、强有力的规章制度保障等方面增强学生学习的主动性；从教育和管理并重、加强校园文化建设、营造浓厚学术氛围等方面加大改革和教育管理力度，促进良好学风的形成。

| Abstract: | There are so many problems about the style of study. In order to improve the style of study in independent school, the courses arrangement, the teachers makings, the software construction, the strong system protection and so on should be reflected. Some measures were given below： improve the students＇ learning initiative; pay equal attention to education and management to cultivate the good study habits; strengthen the construction of campus culture, and create Scholarly atmosphere, raise the cultural literacy; intensify reform and management to promote the good style of study. |
