摘    要:运动能有效改善学龄前残疾儿童的动作、认知及社会交往能力,然而,现阶段我国学龄前残疾儿童运动康复"失权""失能"的现象比较严重。因此,基于赋权增能视角,对学龄前残疾儿童运动康复的内涵进行解读,剖析现阶段我国学龄前残疾儿童运动康复工作中存在的问题,并提出未来学龄前残疾儿童运动康复发展的路径:(1)顶层设计,制订专项政策法规;(2)跨界合作,建立多维协作机制;(3)转变职能,打造社会支持平台;(4)整体发展,突出体育学科地位;(5)促进融合,发挥体育游戏的康复效能;(6)夯实基础,创建家庭为中心的康复模式。

Empowerment:Developmental Paths of Sports Rehabilitation for Preschool Children with Disabilities in China

Abstract:Exercises can effectively improve the ability of movement,cognition and social interaction of preschool children with disabilities.However, at the present stage, the phenomenon of "lack of power " and "lack of ability " in the rehabilitation of preschool disabled children in China is rather serious.Therefore, based on the perspective of empowerment and empowerment,this paper interprets the connotation of sports rehabilitation of preschool children with disabilities,and analyzes the problems existing in the sports rehabilitation of preschool children with disabilities at the present stage in China.And put forward the future preschool children with disabilities sports rehabilitation development paths:(1)Top-level design,formulation of special policies and regulations;(2)Cross-border cooperation and establishment of multi-dimensional cooperation mechanism;(3)transformation of functions to create a social support platform;(4)integral development,highlighting the position of sports discipline;(5)promoting integration and giving full play to the rehabilitation effect of sports games;(6)strengthen the foundation and create a family-centered rehabilitation model.
