| 摘 要： | 在"立德树人"的时代背景下，解析中国武术所蕴含的中华优秀传统文化精华，透过习练中国武术的过程，感悟中国武术所蕴含的"成人"的学问。该文在文献资料法的基础上，运用逻辑分析法的方法，以哲学为理论支撑，从生命哲学的视野出发，剖析中国武术如何使人"成人"的过程。得出："乃文乃武"是中国武术的"成人"圣图，"武以文养"是中国武术的"成人"策略，"武以成人"是中国武术的"成人"道路，"武以达人"是中国武术的"成人"结果，通过习练武术的过程，使习武者从生理上的"人"达到具有伦理道德的社会人。研究最后指出：中国武术是一门"成人"的深厚学问，习武者通过对中国武术的不断修习，能够逐渐达到由感知到内省、由身体到品行，内化为内在人格的养成，人生境界的提升。

| Abstract: | Literature study, logical analysis, philosophical theories and life philosophy show that the purpose of education is to enhance morality and foster talents, that is what the Chinese Wushu aims to do. Through the practice of Wushu, both liberal arts and martial arts are carried out for educating people with noble morality and ethics. The Wushu practitioners can be better persons through practice of Wushu and reinforcement of Wushu morality. |
