摘    要:目的:探讨有氧运动对高蛋氨酸饲料饮食大鼠血浆同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)及血脂水平的影响.方法:雄性健康Wistar大鼠分为高蛋氨酸组(M)、有氧运动组(T组)和正常对照组(C组)饲养和运动训练8周,8周末检测血浆相应指标.结论:高蛋氨酸饲料饮食可诱导大鼠高半胱氨酸血症(HH)的形成及血脂代谢异常,适宜的有氧运动可以延缓饮食性HH的形成,改善血脂水平, 有效预防动脉粥样硬化(AS)的发生.

Abstract:Objective:To probing into the fit aerobic training adjusts the shape of homocysteine(Hcy) and the level of plasma lipid.Method:Well male wistar rats were randomly divided into the group of hypermethionine diet(M),the group of aerobic training(T) and the group of control(C).M and T's rats were offered day,the C' rats were given the ordinary diet.After 8 weeks,we examine plasma's Hcy level,the content of TG,TC,HDL-c and LDL-c.Conclusion: Test has shown fit aerobic training can drop Hcy level of rats plasm,at the same time,bettering serum lipid level,taking precautions against happening of AS disease.
