| Abstract: | The Teachers' Law has taken positive effect on building of teaching staff since January 1,1994. As the times go on, some clauses in the Teachers' Law are not suited to the present situation of education judging from the science of law, the technology of legislation, the use of law and the coordination to other laws. The Teachers' Law must be revised quickly. |
