| 摘 要： | 《康輏纪行》是姚莹两次奉使乍雅解决藏僧纠纷过程中的札记汇编而成。其可贵之处是此书绝大部分是著者在“亲历、实证”的基础上所为，书中有大量关于藏民族之物质饮食习俗、服饰习俗、居住习俗、婚嫁习俗和丧葬习俗的记载，为后人了解并研究藏民族独特的风俗民情提供了非常可贵的素材，无疑具有较高的史料价值。

| Abstract: | Kangyou Travels is YaoYing's assembly diary,who was assigned to Zhaya to solve the dispute of Tibetan monks twice.The remarkable point is that the major part of the book is written based on "experiences and verification".There are a lot of records about Tibetan people's diet traditions,clothing traditions,house traditions,marriage traditions and funeral traditions,which provide very valuable original materials for the later generation understanding and studying the unique Tibetan people's traditions.There is no doubt that it has high historical value. |
