| 摘 要： | 提高农村初中教师的现代教育技术水平对提高农村初中的课堂教学质量、促进农村初中教师的专业化发展和推动农村初中新课改的发展具有重要的现实意义。本文通过对农村初中现代教育技术校本培训的实践,认为基于高校支持的现代教育技术校本培训是切实提高农村初中教师的现代教育技术水平的最佳途径。
