| 摘 要： | 学生党建工作是高校党的建设和学生思想政治教育的重要组成部分，低年级学生党建工作又是高校学生党建工作的基础，根据工作实际，针对当前低年级党建工作中存在的学生入党动机多元、新生党员先锋模范作用不明显、入党积极分子选拔不易等问题，对低年级学生党建工作的完善进行了初步的探索，并提出建议。
