| 摘 要： | 酒店管理专业改革的目标要适应新形势下人才需求方向,离开了行业市场谈人才的培养模式,不仅造成人才与教育资源浪费,而且会阻碍高职酒店管理教育的健康发展。本文从分析酒店业对人才能力要求入手,结合酒店的人才结构和酒店业对人才的市场需求,对当前酒店管理人才培养模式进行了探讨。
