| 摘 要： | 运用文献研究法和专家访谈法,就我国职业体育俱乐部上市融资的现实意义、可行性、上市操作过程中应注意的问题以及目前上市存在的困难进行了初步的研究。笔者认为,虽然我国部分职业体育俱乐部具备在二板市场上市的条件和能力,但由于目前职业体育俱乐部在上市过程中存在股份制改造、经营不规范、盈利能力差以及缺乏产业发展政策等一系列问题,将制约其上市融资的进程。因此,目前我国职业体育俱乐部应首先通过股份制改造,私募部分发展资金,为将来职业体育俱乐部上市融资做准备。

| Abstract: | By mainly using the methods of documentary and experts interview, the paper researches the actual significance, feasibility, issues and difficulty of floating on the exchange market of the professional sports club. Results show that although professional sports club in China fulfil the requirements for listing on the exchange market, there are some issues such as the reform of the stock system, substandard operation,low profit ability and the lack of the positive sport industry policy, which restrained the professional sports club to listing financing. The study indicates that professional sports club in China should firstly reform the stock system for financing the capital privately and then preparing for its listing financing in the future. |
