| 摘 要： | 通过预设调研问卷对我国省市医学情报研究机构人力资源的基本现状进行调研的结果表明，目前我国省市医学情报研究机构的人力资源总体不足，科研人员偏少，学历、职称结构尚欠合理。针对存在问题，提出了相应对策和建议。

| Abstract: | The status quo of manpower resources in provincial and municipal medical information research institutions of China was investigated through pre - designed questionnaire, showing that the total manpower resources and the number of information researchers are inadequate, and that the structure of formal education and professional title is not rational in these institutions. Corresponding proposed for the solution of such problems. and suggestions were proposed for the solution of such problems. |
