信息时代医院图书馆服务质量管理面临的问题及对策

摘    要:通过对国内外医院图书馆服务管理比较分析,从质量管理体系、人本管理、顾客满意理念、管理评价等方面探讨了我国医院图书馆服务质量管理面临的问题,并提出通过健全质量管理体系来强化质量意识,实施人本管理来提高馆员素质,树立顾客满意理念来强化服务意识,完善图书馆质量管理评价制度来改进工作质量等对策。

Problems in service quality control of hospital libraries in information time and their countermeasures

Abstract:The problems confronted in service quality control of hospital libraries in China are discussed in regard to the quality control system, people-oriented management, user satisfaction ideas, management evaluation and so on based on a comparative analysis of the service management in the hospital libraries at home and put forward are to establish and perfect the quality control system to enhance the librarians' quality sense, carry out the people- oreinted management to improve the librarians' quality, foster user satisifaction ideas to enhance the librarians' service sense, and perfect the quality control evaluation system of libraries to improve the service quality.
