| 摘 要： | 体育培训工作是伴随着体育教师一生的教学生涯,通过对江苏高职院校体育教师培训现状调查发现,接受培训次数上有显著的差异,培训的内容和培训的方式存在一定的问题,从而影响了培训的效果,不能满足体育教师培训的需求,因此要求有关体育部门采取合理的措施,使更多的体育教师有机会参加体育培训,不断提高培训效果,使培训更好的为体育教学、体育科研服务。

| Abstract: | The training work is the teaching career of physical education teacher.Through investigating on training condition of physical education teachers in college,this paper finds out that there has significant difference on numbers of accepting training.There exists certain problems of training content and method,thus the training effect has affected and can not meet the need of physical education teacher's training.Therefore,the concerned sports departments should take the measure to provide the more opportunity for physical education teacher training in order to improve training effects and service for physical education teaching and researching. |
