| 摘 要： | 作认为，随着高等教育体制改革的逐步深化和社会的不断发展，进一步做好政务信息工作，强化信息质量和决策服务功能，是新形势下教育和科技管理体制改革的必然要求；围绕中心工作和改革与发展的大局，及时提供高质量信息服务，是新形势下政务信息工作的根本任务；发挥自身优势，广开信息源流，是做好政务信息工作的重要基础；强化信息的综合处理工作，努力开发高层次信息，是做好政务信息工作的关键。

It is a fundamental task to provide high quality management information in a timely manner to facilitate a university's main work, reform and development. It is crucial to fully use available resources and develop more channels for obtaining information. It is a key to process information effectively and generate high caliber information. |
