| 摘 要： | 一个成功的旅游综合体对于提升城市品牌形象,推动旅游业转型升级有巨大的作用,研究认为:济南可规划布局四大综合体:泉水主题休闲观光综合体、奥体板块体育休闲综合体、南部山区生态度假综合体、西客站板块文化创意综合体。济南市可以通过规划建设旅游综合体推动旅游业跨越式发展。
