| 摘 要： | 宪法确认的公民基本权利需要违宪审查制度予以保障。我国现行的违宪审查制度存在诸多不足,致使公民的基本权利频遭侵犯而得不到救济。现行制度的改良只是权宜之策,从长远来看,为切实保护公民基本权利,有必要重新构建我国的违宪审查制度。

| Abstract: | The citizen's basic rights confirmed by the constitution need to be safeguarded by the system of Constitutional Review.China's present system of Constitutional Review has some problems.Therefore,the citizen's basic rights are frequently infringed without any remedies.The improvement of the present system is only a temporary expedient.In the long term,it is necessary to reconstruct China's system of Constitutional Review in order to protect the citizen's basic rights thoroughly. |
