| Abstract: | To speed up postgraduates' education development of is the one of strategic measures for the whole institute progress. The article expounds the concept of developing, the concept of innovation, the concept of quality, the concept of administration and so on. In the meantime, it finds out the problems existing under the current situation and puts forth the measures such as continuing expanding the education. The aim is to provide the postgraduates' education development of the institute with some beneficial references and practical procedures. |
