| 摘 要： | 在当前社会发展形势下,众多高职院校面临普通本科院校的学历优势和国家示范高职院校政策优势的双重压力,寻求高职院校新一轮战略发展已迫在眉睫。通过加强内涵建设,制定和实施具有高职特色的学院发展战略目标,形成教育品牌的竞争优势是十分必要的,而准确理解和把握高职院校战略规划的构成要素是制定和实现战略目标的重要基础。

| Abstract: | In the current situation,many vocational colleges are faced with the dual pressure of better educated of ordinary institutions and policy advantage of national model vocational colleges.It is very necessary to secure competitive advantages in education brand through strengthening the inner construction,setup and implementation strategy target which has the characteristics of the college.It is an important foundation to realize the strategic target by accurately understanding and grasping the elements of strategy planning. |
