| 摘 要： | 20世纪90年代以来,国际组织随着国际关系的转型经历着新的变化。全球治理理念的兴起,强化了国际组织作为独立的国际关系行为主体的意义,国际组织的触角不断深入国家主权的管辖范围。新兴国家的迅速崛起,推动着国际体系结构的转变,冲击了西方国家主导下的国际组织体系。以此为契机,中国与国际组织的关系也在不断加深、调整和重构。国际组织不仅是中国实现、维护国家利益的重要途径,而且是中国承担国际责任的重要平台。中国经济实力的显著增强,为进一步参与国际组织的活动提供了物质基础。着眼于长远发展,中国与国际组织的关系仍亟需从外交战略高度加以全面谋划,切实增强议程设定能力,重点推进周边的地区性国际组织发展。

| Abstract: | Since the 1990s,international organizations have undergone new changes along with the transition of international relations.The rise of the global governance theory has reinforced the significance of international organizations as independent actors concerning international relations,resulting in their intruding into issues of national sovereignty.The rapid uprising of new countries promoted has the structural transition of international system and attacked the international organizations system led by western countries.Taking advantage of this opportunity,China’s relations with international organizations are continuously deepened,adjusted and restructured.International organizations are not only a means of realizing and maintaining our national interests,but also an important arena for China to fulfill international responsibilities.On the other hand,the obvious growth of China’s economic power provides material basis for further participation in activities of international organizations.In the long run,holistic and overall consideration for China’s relations with international organizations from the perspective of diplomatic strategy is required,and China’s ability to set the agenda should be substantially enhanced.Current emphasis should be placed on promoting development of regional international organizations in bordering areas. |
