CAD/CAM综合性训练的探索与实践

摘    要:以鼠标和手机的零部件为例,先从概念设计、逆向设计到CAD造型,然后进行工艺规划和CAM编程输入到数控加工中心,最后进行实际操作加工出零件。以案例教学为轴线,理论教学贯串于整个实践过程。把多媒体教学与现场教学、数控加工仿真相结合,使教学工作生动、形象、直观,学生感兴趣,容易理解教学内容,目的是让学生在数控理论和CAD/CAM综合性训练方面得到全面的培养。

Abstract:The parts of the mouse and the mobile phone are considered as examples.At first beginning from concept design,inverse design to CAD modeling,then from technological design,CAM programming to NC machining center.At last the parts are produced through practicing.Example teaching is considered as the vital line,and theory teaching carries through the process of practicing.Combining multi-media teaching with on-the-spot teaching,NC machining imitating,through live,image and seeing teaching,let students understand the course contents easily.It is the aim that the students' ability is fostered about NC theory and CAD/CAM synthetic training.
