| 摘 要： | 在分析职业教育的特殊性和学生自身特点的基础上，提出了高职院校学风建设的四个机制：改革考试制度，给学生以学习的压力和动力；端正教风，给学生以刻苦学习的感召力；开展创新教育，刺激学生的求知欲望；加强就业教育，引导学生学以致用。

| Abstract: | On basis of an analysis of the specificity of vocational education and characteristics of the students, four mechanisms are proposed for cultivation of study style in higher vocational colleges, namely, reforms of examination mechanism, improvement of the style of teaching, implementation of creative education and employment education. |
