| 摘 要： | 进入20世纪90年代以来,理论界和实践领域在竞争战略制定上面临着一个突出问题,就是如何在剧变动态竞争的条件下,通过有效地实施企业战略管理,保证企业长期、稳定和持续地获得高于平均水平的收益率。运用日益受到重视的企业资源说理论,通过对企业内部资源的识别分析,阐明知识资源是企业的核心资源,并试图通过企业能力对核心资源进行整合,寻求在剧变环境下构建企业持续竞争优势的根本途径。

| Abstract: | Since the 1990s, both academic field and practical realm face an outstanding problem--how to keep the sustainable competitive advantage in the changing world by effectively implementing strategic management of enterprises. Achieving a sustainable competitive advantage allows the firm to earn above-average returns. The resource-based view of the firm (RBV) is one of the latest strategic management concepts to be enthusiastically embraced by scholars. This paper argues that the RBV holds much promise as a framework for integrating core resource of the firm. Thus, the firm should seek the essential method to keep the sustainable competitive advantage in the changing world. |
