| 摘 要： | 通过分析、介绍国际上最大的学术网络Ｉｎｔｅｒｎｅｔ和中国教育科研计算机网络Ｃｅｒｎｅｔ的发展动态及其对人们的学习、工作乃至生活方式将会产生的深远影响，旨在拓宽眼界，提高人们信息化意识，引起对Ｃｅｒｎｅｔ和Ｉｎｔｅｒｎｅｔ的重视与需求，进而积极投入使用，来提高教育与科研的信息化、现代化、国际化的水平。
