| 摘 要： | 在中央与地方关系探索中，孙中山，邓小平三人主要思想各有所侧重，具体来讲，孙中山的主要思想是均权思想，毛泽东则是扩大一点地方权力，发挥中央和地方积极性，邓小平则是权力下放，中央必须有权威，三人思想的出发点和归宿是正确处理中央集权与地方分权的关系，建设强大的国家，其中邓小平的思想是对毛泽东的继承和发展，毛、邓二人的思想与中国单一制的国家结构和计划经济密切相关，三人之中，由于孙中山的构想带有理想化色彩，加之当时孙大权旁落，未能付诸实践，而毛泽东主要靠非制度化手段来实现其思想，邓小平则是通过制度化手段来实现其思想的。

| Abstract: | In terms of the relationship between center and local, equal power, expansion of a little local power in order to bring the two initiatives into play,transferral of power to lower levels with center having authorities are SUN Yatsen , MAO Ze-dong and DENG Xiao-ping's major ideas respectively. The similarities of the three great men's ideas are: (1) that the starting point and the ultimate purpose are to deal with the relationship between center's centralization and local's decentralization correctly in order to construct a powerful state; (2) that MAO and DENG's probes had close connection with a unitary system of state structure and planning economy; (3) and that DENG's ideas were the inheritance and development from MAO's. The differences are : (1) that the different background circumstances resulted in different ideas; (2) that the different positions led to different degrees of practice;(3)and that the approaches to practise were different. |
