摘    要:目的:研究南方根结线虫对薄皮甜瓜幼苗生长、发病指数的影响,对6种不同品种薄皮甜瓜的综合抗性作出评价。方法:采用6个不同品种的薄皮甜瓜为实验材料,采取盆栽人工接种方式,通过对甜瓜幼苗的植株鲜重、根瘤数、根结指数、卵粒指数、病情指数、根系电导率、根系MDA含量进行测定,并利用隶属函数对此进行综合分析。结果:接种南方根结线虫45 d后,不同品种的甜瓜幼苗长势、发病指数等差异较大。结论:地方栽培的常规品种中,‘九道沟’与‘羊角酥’甜瓜对南方根结线虫的抗性较强,‘绿宝石’、‘苹果酥’以及‘海南3号’甜瓜对南方根结线虫抗性居中,‘甜宝’甜瓜对南方根结线虫的抗性最差。

Abstract:Objective:Effect of root knot nematode on growth of melon seedlings, disease index, to evaluate the comprehensive resistance of 6 different varieties of melon.Methods:This study used 6 different varieties of melon were taken as experimental materials, artificial inoculation method, based on melon seedling plant fresh weight, root number, root knot index, egg index, disease index, root conductivity, root MDA content was studied,and the membership function is used to make a comprehensive analysis.Results:After inoculation with 45 d in the southern root knot nematode, the seedlings of different varieties of melon seedlings, the disease index and so on.Conclusion:With these data we can see that the resistance to south root-knot nematode in local cultivation of conventional varieties,'nine gap'and'horn crisp'melon were strongest, "emerald", "apple crisp" and "hainan 3'melon were in the middle and socct Bao melon was worst.
