| 摘 要： | 精品课程是具有“一流教师队伍、一流教学内容、一流教学方法、一流教材、一流教学管理”等特点的示范性课程,精品课程建设要逐步形成一支以主讲教师负责的结构合理、人员稳定、教学水平高、教学效果好的教师梯队,要按一定比例配备辅导教师和实验教师。就高职院校而言,在精品课程建设过程中,应该找出自身的特点,建设反映高职教育特色的精品课程。

| Abstract: | Top-class curriculum is a kind of demonstrative curriculum which has characteristics of "first-class teaching method,firstclass teaching teaching materials and first-class teaching management".The construction of top-class curriculum should gradually form a teacher-team which has reasonable structure,stable staff,higher teaching level and good teaching effect centered by lectured teachers,and equiping with assistant teachers and experimental teachers.For higher vocational school,the consturction of top-class curriculum should find its own characteristics,built top-class curriculum which can reffect features of higher vocational education. |
