摘    要:排气系统的振动必然带来汽车整车的振动和噪声,影响汽车的整车性能,特别是轿车的乘坐舒适性。利用HyperWorks建立排气系统的有限元模型,完成了该系统的模态分析.分析结果可为结构设计提供依据.

Abstract:The vibration energy of the exhaust system causes the vibration of the vehicle and structural noise, which harms the performance of the vehicle, especially in the riding comfort of a passenger car. In this paper, the finite element models of the exhaust system were built using HyperWorks, and the free vibration modal parameter calculations were performed with the FEA model. The results can provide an important reference to the structure design of the vehicle exhaust system.
