| 摘 要： | 建设先进的国防科技工业提出“必须把坚持军民结合、动态保军作为重要的方略”，因此，加快军用技术推广转化是当前推动国防科技工业实现战略发展的重要途径。本文通过从正确观念认识、围绕中心任务、重视机制引导、发挥示范作用等几个方面，对加快军用技术推广转化工作提出了建议。

| Abstract: | Constructing the advanced defense industry proposed that ＂it must insist the civil-military integration, the dynamic guarantee of military as an important strategy＂ , therefore, accelerating the transferring of military technology is the current important way to promote the development of defense technology industry to achieve the strategic development. In this paper, we present some recommendations on accelerating the transferring of military technology, which from the correct concept of understanding, around the central task, taking the mechanism guidance, playing demonstrative effect and several other aspects. |
